Ambient Enterprises is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to lead training and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service across business units. The role develops training content, provides post go-live support and onboarding, and assists with functional testing of new features before rollout.

  • Conduct training for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service
  • Develop and maintain training materials (user guides, tutorials, hands-on workshops)
  • Provide ongoing post go-live support and troubleshooting with hyper-care
  • Support onboarding of new employees to ensure Dynamics proficiency
