Ambient Enterprises is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to lead training and functional support across teams using Dynamics CRM and Field Service. The role includes creating training materials, providing ongoing post go-live support, and assisting with functional testing of new features before rollout.

  • Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remote and on-site
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands-on workshops
  • Provide ongoing support post go-live, assisting users with Dynamics CRM and Field Service navigation and troubleshooting
  • Support onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from day one
