About this role
Senior Microsoft-focused business development lead responsible for owning and deepening Nerdio's relationships with Microsoft's Americas Enterprise field teams, driving co-sell pipeline, and executing joint go-to-market motions aligned with CPP and MCI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deepen Nerdio's strategic relationships with Microsoft's Americas Enterprise field teams
- Drive co-sell pipeline generation and acceleration
- Execute joint go-to-market motions aligned with CPP, including co-sell and Azure IP co-sell
- Lead joint Quarterly Business Reviews with Microsoft leadership
- Track, analyze, and report on co-sell metrics to Nerdio leadership
Technical Overview
Role requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's sales structure (ATUs, STUs, Industry OUs), portfolio (AVD, Windows 365, Intune), and co-sell programs. Experience with Salesforce CRM and partner ecosystems is important for pipeline management and enablement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business development professional with deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, 7+ years in enterprise sales or alliances, and proven success building co-sell pipelines with Microsoft. Strong relationship-building, executive-level communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% are essential.
