Key Responsibilities
- Deliver modern endpoint and Cloud PC solutions for enterprise customers
- Design and deploy Windows 365 Cloud PCs
- Integrate Windows 365 with Intune and Entra ID
- Troubleshoot Cloud PC provisioning issues and sign-in failures
- Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint, Intune, and Windows 365 issues
Technical Overview
Heavy emphasis on Intune, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Autopilot/Autopatch, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Intune/Windows 365 expert with 10-15 years of hands-on experience, MSP/partner experience, and strong communication skills to lead enterprise-level endpoint management discussions with customers.
