About this role

This role executes MUFG’s Microsoft 365 productivity adoption strategy across the enterprise. You will enable users through hands-on support, create high-quality enablement content, run champions programs, and deliver live sessions to drive sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Execute M365 adoption strategy and roadmap
Support enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Viva
Run and maintain Champions Programs (Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint)
Own enablement content creation and communications
Engage users directly and deliver live enablement sessions

Technical Overview

You will focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, along with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Viva. Work includes executing an adoption roadmap, managing champions engagement, and translating platform capabilities into practical user guidance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an M365 productivity adoption specialist with hands-on enablement experience across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Viva. They execute adoption roadmaps, run champions programs, and deliver compelling live enablement sessions that drive sustained behavior change at the enterprise level.
