Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects end-to-end (kickoff through delivery)
- Create and maintain schedules and assign tasks while balancing workload
- Serve as day-to-day client point of contact with status updates and risk escalation
- Uphold PM processes in Asana and Harvest, tracking tasks, timelines, and budgets
- Develop meeting agendas and recap reports and perform QA on deliverables
Technical Overview
This role is not software engineering, but it requires hands-on project workflow management for digital marketing, social media, and web development projects. The primary tooling includes Asana, Harvest, Trello, and Jira, with emphasis on process discipline, documentation, and QA of deliverables before client handoff.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level project manager with 3–5 years of agency/digital marketing or creative production project experience. They can independently manage multiple client projects end-to-end using tools like Asana (and ideally Harvest), maintain schedules and budgets, and communicate clearly with clients while ensuring quality through deliverable reviews.
