About this role
Design, implement, and support mid revenue cycle information systems (Craneware) to optimize charge capture and revenue integrity in a healthcare setting. Includes training, testing, validation, and producing system-wide reports while ensuring production system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, build, test, and implement custom or vendor supplied software
- Establish design, builds or programs, tests, documents and assures implementation standards
- Assist Revenue Integrity users with training and development of user documentation
- Maintain production systems for reliability, appropriate change management and security
- Develop system wide reports to support information management
Technical Overview
Scope includes evaluating and selecting vendor software, designing configurations, building and testing enhancements, and delivering system-wide reporting. Requires collaboration with IT, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical teams; strong change management and security focus.
