Mortgage Area Sales Manager I leads residential mortgage origination and manages a team of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). The role drives production and sales strategy for the assigned area through referral development, business plan reviews, KPI management, and strict compliance and quality oversight.

- Manage a team of at least 5 MLOs
- Manage personal and team production via local and Bancorp reporting and KPIs
- Hold business plan reviews with sales team
- Monitor compliance issues and monitor quality levels of loan originators
