Verisma Systems is hiring a Remote MRT Bench Supervisor to lead ROI specialists supporting multiple client accounts. The role focuses on organizing daily workflow, ensuring HIPAA/HITECH compliance, managing access and system readiness, and overseeing MRT bot processing with accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute daily workflow to the MRT team
- Ensure HIPAA/HITECH and account protocol compliance
- Manage remote access and system access provisioning for MRT staff
- Oversee MRT inventory loading and bot processing task tracking
- Extract, format, and validate data; update Excel trackers and escalate issues
Technical Overview
This role centers on the Monitored Retrieval Tool (MRT) and MRT software for automated bot processing. The supervisor extracts and formats report data for MRT processing, provisions system access, loads MRT inventory to initiate bot tasks, tracks bot task completion, and updates Excel-based trackers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operations professional with at least 4 years of medical records management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. They understand HIPAA and HITECH requirements and can supervise ROI specialists supporting accounts using the Monitored Retrieval Tool (MRT), including bot processing, data extraction, and access management. They are dependable, coachable, and able to troubleshoot issues and document/escalate recurring performance problems.
Must-Have Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalentat least four (4) years of experience in medical records managementknowledge of HIPAAknowledge of HITECHability to extract data from reportsformat it for MRT processingand ensure proper system accessability to load MRT inventory into MRT software to initiate bot processingability to track and monitor MRT bot tasks and return finalized lists
