About this role
CEREVITY is hiring a multi-state licensed therapist to deliver 100% remote virtual therapy sessions as a 1099 independent contractor. The role focuses on providing clinical care across multiple states, completing EHR documentation within 48 hours, and maintaining availability for 5–20 sessions per week.

- Deliver virtual therapy sessions in standard, extended, and intensive formats

- Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed
Technical Overview
You will provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant platform and use EHR systems plus video platforms and digital tools to document sessions. You must also manage licensure status and scheduling across all licensed states to support consistent service delivery.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist PsyD/PhD) with active, unrestricted licensure in 2+ U.S. states and at least 1 year of post-licensure experience. They are comfortable delivering virtual therapy, completing EHR documentation within 48 hours, and maintaining consistent weekly availability for 5–20 sessions.
