This role supports the direct development of assigned multifamily projects within DHI Communities. The associate will underwrite opportunities, build financial models and pro-formas, manage entitlement activities, and assist with disposition from preparation through due diligence and close.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level real estate development professional with 3 to 5 years of related experience who can source and underwrite multifamily opportunities. They will be strong in advanced Excel financial modeling, pro-formas/financial projections, and underwriting analysis, with experience handling zoning/entitlements/permitting and supporting both development and disposition activities.
