Avery Dennison is hiring an NA Ops Finance Manager to partner with North American Operations leadership. The role oversees AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, and delivers operational financial reporting, commentary, and business reviews while driving cost control and CapEx financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AOP, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Oversee operations reporting and performance analysis
- Consolidate and present monthly financial commentary
- Coordinate Month End Flash and support business reviews
- Lead variance analysis and CapEx financial justification while ensuring SOX and Trade Compliance adherence
Technical Overview
This is an operations finance role focused on planning, performance analytics, and governance. Core outputs include Month End Flash coordination, monthly/quarterly business review support, variance analysis against budget/forecast, KPI and scorecard development, and CapEx proposal financial analysis with internal control compliance (SOX, Trade Compliance, and audit readiness).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a finance professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting operations finance as a business partner to North American Operations leaders. They are strong in annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasting, month-end reporting (including Month End Flash), variance analysis, and CapEx financial justification, with solid internal controls knowledge covering SOX and Trade Compliance.
