About this role
This role develops and manages a strong pipeline of multi-tenant data centers and large commercial construction opportunities within an assigned region. You will leverage existing relationships, build new partnerships, and work closely with estimating and operations teams from early bid engagement through award.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage an existing book of business and established relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and data center stakeholders
- Identify upcoming bid opportunities and support pursuits through award
- Partner with estimating and operations teams for competitive bids and smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting
