NBSIN Accounting Manager

The NBSIN Accounting Manager leads a finance team and drives financial excellence within the division. The role manages core accounting operations, supports budgeting and forecasting, and strengthens internal controls and audit processes while working closely with division leaders.

• Lead finance team development and mentorship.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, credit, fixed assets, tax reporting, compliance reporting, and month-end balancing.
• Assist with annual budget development and provide monthly forecasts.
• Lead initiatives to enhance internal controls and reporting systems.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes and maintain strong internal controls.

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, tax and compliance reporting, and month-end balancing. Lead internal control and reporting system improvements and manage internal and external audit processes using KPI-driven financial analysis.

The ideal candidate is an accounting/finance professional ready to lead a small finance team (3-5 teammates) under a Division Controller. They manage general ledger and month-end balancing, own budgeting and monthly forecasting support, and strengthen internal controls while overseeing internal and external audit processes.
