About this role
.NET Production Support Developer (1st Level) - Shift Ready at MarshTech. Provides first-level production support for .NET-based applications, triages and resolves incidents, and coordinates with DevOps/Engineering for reliable service and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve .NET production incidents and escalate to DevOps/Engineering as needed
- Apply safe changes under defined change control and support deployments/hotfixes
- Monitor logs, metrics, and application health using Application Insights and ELK/Elastic
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and post-incident documentation
- Provide stakeholder status updates and coordinate cross-functional incident remediation
Technical Overview
Focuses on operational support for .NET applications, APIs, and services using monitoring and diagnostics (Application Insights, ELK/Elastic, logs, traces). Uses development skills (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET Core, SQL Server) and delivery tooling (Azure DevOps, Git) to handle safe fixes, deployments, and hotfixes, including runbooks and checklists.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level .NET developer with 4-6 years of production support exposure. They can triage and resolve .NET application incidents, work with DevOps on deployments and hotfixes, and monitor systems using Application Insights and ELK/Elastic while maintaining runbooks and SLA-compliant incident tracking.
