About this role

NetOps Site Reliability Engineer responsible for availability and performance of large-scale carrier-grade network infrastructure, focusing on routing, datacenter operations, vendor coordination, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure; engage with customers during troubleshooting; stage and configure routers/switches; perform Layer 1 datacenter tasks; develop scripts/tools for automation

Technical Overview

Deep expertise in BGP with Juniper and Arista platforms; UNIX-based troubleshooting; automation with Ansible and Git; DDoS detection tooling; datacenter coordination and routing protocols (OSPF, MPLS).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a network-focused SRE with 2+ years in datacenter operations, strong BGP proficiency, and hands-on experience with Juniper/Arista gear, UNIX, and automation tools (Ansible, Git). They should excel in customer-facing troubleshooting and have a background in ISP/carrier-grade environments.
