Tier II Network Administrator role supporting enterprise network break/fix, configuration updates, and technology upgrades for routers and switches. Coordinates with the Network Operations Center, resolves network tickets, drafts SOPs, and implements Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) in a secured clearance environment.

Works with Cisco and Juniper devices and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x) and has deep KG-175 Series TACLANES configuration and firmware upgrade experience, along with Cisco-ISE knowledge.

The ideal candidate is a Tier II Network Administrator with strong enterprise networking break/fix and change-management experience, coordinating with a Network Operations Center. They have hands-on routing and switching skills (VLAN/ACL/port assignments and IOS upgrades) plus deep protocol knowledge (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x). They also bring KG-175 Series TACLANES configuration, fault isolation, firmware upgrade expertise, working Cisco-ISE knowledge, and meet US Citizen and TS/SCI (CI Polygraph) requirements with IAT II (Security+) and CCNA.
