About this role
Network Analyst to support and enhance our network infrastructure with a focus on security, performance, and reliability; manage firewalls, switches, VLAN configurations, and network security tools; support VPN and remote access; ensure stable connectivity across on-prem and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and support network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security
- Manage and optimize web application firewall (WAF) and spam filtering solutions
- Support firewall rule management, NAT configurations, and access controls
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across on-prem and remote environments
Technical Overview
Hands-on with Cisco networking, Barracuda firewall management, VLAN design, and VPN technologies; strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IDS/IPS; familiarity with WAF and email security platforms; CCNA and VMware VCP preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level network administrator/engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networks, Cisco networking, and firewall management, plus CCNA and VMware VCP preferred. They should be comfortable working remotely and in regulated environments, with strong troubleshooting and security-oriented mindset.
