About this role
Senior IT Support role providing on-site end-user support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11, managing Microsoft 365 applications, and handling asset lifecycle with strong troubleshooting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and remote technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 systems
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS/software, printers, and peripherals
- Document incidents and support onboarding/offboarding
