About this role
Support Amazon Web Services data center network operations by implementing and troubleshooting network hardware and configurations, scaling capacity management, and assisting with rollouts and migrations. Manage work through ticketing workflows, collaborate with network engineering teams, and provide after-hours support through an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
- Manage priorities through a ticketing system and workflows
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and inter connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot network device configuration and low level application interaction
- Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues (patch panels and patch cords)
