Network engineer responsible for observability, efficiency, and cost attribution of Anthropic’s backbone and data center networks; will design telemetry pipelines, QoS, traffic engineering, and cost models.

Technical Overview
Hands-on role building network telemetry, cost attribution models, and automation tooling; strong emphasis on CSP networking models and cross-region data movement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior network engineer with 5+ years operating large-scale production networks, strong fluency in BGP/ECMP/VXLAN/EVPN, QoS, and cloud networking with AWS or GCP; proficient in Python/Go and telemetry tooling, and able to articulate financial impact of network decisions.
