Northrop Grumman is seeking a Network Engineer Level 3/4 to provide network technical expertise for a Space Program. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining networks while implementing DISA STIG requirements and cyber needs through automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deployment and maintenance of networks
Implement DISA STIGs and cyber requirements via STIG automation
Architect and assist deployment of international networks
Integrate networks/time servers and network devices
Maintain information assurance posture and system documentation

Technical Overview

You will work on Cisco-based network engineering including IP subnetting, L1 thru L3 networking, static and dynamic routing protocols, and complex WAN configurations across several sites (including international). Responsibilities include integrating networks with time servers and other devices, implementing STIG automation, supporting information assurance posture, and maintaining documentation, backup recovery, and performance tuning.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Network Engineer with 5+ years (Level 3) or 8+ years (Level 4) experience building and maintaining enterprise networks using Cisco Systems networking. They have hands-on IP subnetting, L1 thru L3 networking, and static/dynamic routing protocol experience, plus DISA STIG implementation and STIG automation experience. They must also hold an active SCI/CI Poly (Polygraph) clearance at the time of application.
