About this role
This entry-level Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician role supports connectivity issue triage, troubleshooting, and escalations. You will monitor submissions, open tickets based on node performance, document resolution steps, and meet SLA and call-quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and begin troubleshooting incoming tickets via email, telephone, and internal systems
- Monitor for new submissions and proactively open tickets based on node performance
- Assist escalations from onsite resources and engage third party resources
- Follow documented procedures to record issue resolution and ensure timely follow up
- Meet Service Level Agreements, Call Length, Call Quality, and Documentation goals
