About this role
NOC Technician I responsible for monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis across enterprise monitoring tools in a 24x7 environment, with hands-on administration of Windows Server, SQL, and storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts and incidents
- Create/track incident tickets
- Escalate outages and coordinate with tech teams
- Collect data for Root Cause Analysis
- Maintain server and documentation
Technical Overview
Operates SolarWinds Orion, Zabbix, PureStorage, Nimble Storage, and VMware infrastructure; maintains Windows Server 2012/2019, IIS, SQL Server 2012/2016/2019; handles SSIS packages, SAN storage, and network devices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level NOC/IT support technician with 1-2 years of monitoring experience, strong understanding of networking fundamentals, and the ability to work 3rd shift on-site in Palm Harbor, FL.
Must-Have Skills
