Network Operations Specialist monitors and maintains Point Broadband's network infrastructure, responding to incidents, troubleshooting performance, and coordinating with field teams to ensure reliable service

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to NOC policies
Use NMS and alarms to monitor network
Respond to alerts/incidents
Troubleshoot network performance
Maintain incident documentation

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes real-time network monitoring, backbone and access networks, routing protocols, VPN, firewall configurations, and incident management using ticketing systems

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a network operations specialist with at least 2 years in network operations, proficient in common routing protocols, security, and hands-on experience with FTTP or fixed wireless. They possess CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or JNCIA and can work remote with on-call readiness.
