About this role

Provide network and cyber security administration support for state agencies. Handle firewall service requests, break-fix and change requests, maintain compliance security controls, and manage Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewall configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
Decommission and refresh End-of-Life (EOL) hardware
Implement security controls and configurations for IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards
Configure and manage Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls
Participate in weekly on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance/emergency response
