About this role

Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to protect the organization's network infrastructure and components. Define and implement network security standards, and design and operate security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cybersecurity rules for network components; Provide engineering support for network resources (VPN, CDN, DNS, firewalls) both on-prem and in the cloud; Identify threats and mitigate them including segmentation and access control; Automate security tasks; Collaborate with teams to adopt security standards

Technical Overview

Hands-on with Check Point, Ansible, AlgoSec, Python, firewalls, VPNs, SIEM, and packet/traffic analysis tools. Familiarity with S2S/P2S, VNet peering, and intrusion prevention systems; builds and maintains security configurations and governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a cybersecurity professional with 2-4 years of network security experience, strong knowledge of Check Point, Ansible, AlgoSec, and common network security tooling, and the ability to operate across on-premises and cloud environments.
