About this role
HealthEquity is seeking a New Partnerships Sales Executive to identify and close strategic partnerships across healthcare and financial services ecosystems. The role owns the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to contracting and early implementation, requiring executive-level negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Own full lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and early implementation
- Lead complex deal negotiations including terms, data sharing, and integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deal feasibility and hand-off into implementation
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective partners
Technical Overview
Experience with complex deal structuring, data sharing and technology integration; collaboration with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams; emphasis on executive relationships and commercially viable partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level partnerships sales leader with 10+ years of experience in healthcare or financial services partnerships, strong executive presence, and a proven track record negotiating complex, high-value deals from prospecting to implementation.
