NOC Engineer – Tier III is a senior technical role responsible for ensuring reliability of national fiber and IP transport infrastructure. The engineer leads advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and escalation with engineering, field operations, and vendors.

  • Monitor multi-vendor network environments; Lead triage and advanced troubleshooting of complex events; Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors; Manage fault isolation and maintenance of routers/switches/optical systems; Proactive performance analysis and capacity planning

Deep IP networking and fiber transport expertise across multi-vendor environments. Hands-on with Juniper, Cisco, MikroTik, Calix XGS-PON; scripting in Python; strong diagnostic and monitoring capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a senior NOC/ISP network engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in IP routing, fiber transport, and multi-vendor environments. They excel at incident triage, advanced diagnostics, and mentoring Tier I/II staff, and have strong scripting capability (Python) to automate network tasks.
