About this role
Deliver foodservice products on multi-stop routes using a non-CDL company vehicle limited to 14,900 GVW. You will handle loading/unloading, scanning and documentation, safely stage product, and monitor refrigeration systems for food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lift and handle product for deliveries (up to 50 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasionally)
- Drive assigned vehicle and follow stop sequence
- Use hand scanner and complete required delivery documentation, including return product disposition
- Monitor refrigeration system and follow safe food handling procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safely unload/stage product
Technical Overview
Operate a delivery workflow that relies on an operating hand scanner and accurate delivery documentation, along with refrigeration system monitoring and structured pre-trip/post-trip inspections. Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) medical and regulatory requirements.
