NTSIN Second Shift Maintenance Technician maintains and upgrades equipment while troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to maximize manufacturing productivity. The role requires strict safety compliance and focus on keeping the site operating profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and machines to improve production processes
- Troubleshoot non-functioning components including sensors, control components, and robots
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits
- Maintain safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Support and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to keep the site producing and profitable
Technical Overview
Troubleshoots failures affecting sensors, control components, and robots, with explicit coverage of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits. Preferred background includes troubleshooting Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, working with ABB robotics, and experience in greenfield environments.
