Universal Health Services is looking for a full-time Nursing Assistant (Non-Cert) for McAllen. The role provides safe, competent, patient-centered care under the direction of the registered nurse or physician and supports the Nursing Team while following Service Excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, competent patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies
Deliver care under direction of the registered nurse or physician
Participate as an active member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department

They either hold a CNA certificate or a Medical Assistant certificate, or are currently enrolled in an LVN, ADN, or BSN nursing program with successful completion of the first semester. They can maintain BLS upon hire and have a preference for experience in an acute care setting.
