OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - REBA REHAB

This Occupational Therapist role provides evaluation and treatment for patients referred by medical staff. It also delivers clinical expertise and guidance to multidisciplinary therapy staff and supervises OT/COTA student education programs.

• Provide evaluation and treatment of patients referred by medical staff
• Serve as clinical expertise and resource for occupational therapy staff
• Provide clinical guidance, practice and ethics support
• Provide supervision for OT/COTA student education programs
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal relationship skills

The position focuses on occupational therapy clinical competencies, patient evaluation and treatment planning, and consistent application of practice and ethics. It requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with the ability to commute between facilities.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas with an accredited Occupational Therapy degree and strong evaluation and treatment skills. They provide clinical expertise to the multidisciplinary therapy team, supervise OT/COTA education programs, and communicate effectively using written and verbal skills.
