About this role
OEM Program Coordinator supports planning, validating, and trafficking requests from OEM partners to ensure smooth transition to proper teams for execution and delivery. The role acts as a liaison between internal departments and OEM customers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate OEM program requests from initial customer inquiry to production
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Collaborate with design, customer support, business development, and program specialist teams to meet requirements
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to timelines

Key technical elements include Salesforce, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, and project coordination tooling. The role emphasizes documentation, timelines, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
