About this role
This part-time Office Manager supports the daily operations of a Thrivent Financial practice, split between in-office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The role processes physical mail, maintains client records, executes Standard Operating Procedures, and files client meeting notes in Salesforce (CRM) while also supporting licensing and continuing education requirements.

Technical Overview
Operational administration with direct usage of Salesforce (CRM) for filing client meeting notes, plus shared drive and physical cabinet organization. The role also includes using Thrivent computer systems and programs and demonstrating strong technical computer aptitude.
