About this role
This Office Manager position provides overall office administrative support for Pacific Northwest Consultants. The role focuses on daily operations, client/member interactions, phone and mail handling, supply ordering, and continuous improvement of office systems/processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients/members
- Schedule meetings with clients/members on behalf of Financial Advisors
- Manage office operations, procedures, and systems/processes
- Perform routine administrative duties (supplies and mail processing)
- Prepare or coordinate routine correspondence, reports, and special projects
Technical Overview
The technical scope is limited to using Thrivent computer systems and programs in support of client relations, plus standard office tools like email. Emphasis is on operational workflow efficiency rather than software engineering.
