The ideal candidate is an hands-on aerospace assembler with 1+ years in high-traceability manufacturing, proficient with calipers, multimeters, torque wrenches, and capable of reading engineering drawings. Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, fiber optics, and clean-room/HazMat practices is highly desired.
