About this role
The Onboarding Specialist supports enrollment and launch processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new CallRevu customers, coordinating with sales and customer success to transition customers from activation to account launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through enrollment process
- Collect and verify customer information
- Collaborate with sales for smooth handoff
- Maintain organized database of enrollment documents
- Generate onboarding reports and metrics
- Primary contact for enrollment questions
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, and technical support
- Transition to Account Manager within 45 business days
Technical Overview
Focus on onboarding workflows, training delivery, and program management for a SaaS platform; ensures data privacy and a seamless handoff to the account management team.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer onboarding professional with 2-4 years of experience in onboarding or SaaS onboarding, strong training and documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts remotely.
