About this role
One Stop Coordinator provides front-line support to online students, routing inquiries about financial aid, student accounts, registration, and transcripts, while participating in a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Email, chat, and telephone response and/or routing of inquiries & issues raised by online students
- Immersion into One Stop training program
- Back-up for telephone/email response during training
- Participate in supervised student contact sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Technical Overview
Proficient with Office Suite, ImageNOW, Wimba, and administrative software; handles email/chat/telephone inquiries and documents in a high-volume environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level One Stop Coordinator with 1+ years of direct customer relations experience in a higher-education setting, capable of routing inquiries about financial aid, student accounts, and registration with strong Office Suite and imaging software skills.
