D.R. Horton is hiring an Online Sales Concierge to specialize in converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role manages incoming leads, qualifies prospects, and schedules office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives while ensuring a strong online/live chat/phone customer experience.

  • Manage incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Ensure positive customer experience online, live chat, or by phone
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database and qualify genuine leads
  • Produce monthly sales and marketing reports and analyze website traffic

This role relies on a customer management database for maintaining lead/customer records and produces monthly reporting using Intertrack plus Sales Performance Analysis and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis. It also performs divisional website traffic analytics (traffic, hits, source) to support marketing and sales performance tracking.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of related experience or training and can communicate clearly in writing and verbally while converting internet leads into qualified office appointments. They will be organized, detail-oriented, able to update a customer management database, and comfortable producing monthly reports using Intertrack and website traffic analyses.
