D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into appointments for onsite Sales Representatives. The role manages incoming leads across the company website and outsourced sources, qualifies prospects, and drives a positive customer experience through online channels, live chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure positive customer experience online, live chat, or by phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database and qualify genuine leads
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports and analyze website traffic
Technical Overview
The role uses a customer management database to record and update lead/customer information and produces monthly reports using Intertrack plus Sales Performance Analysis and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis. It also performs website traffic analytics (traffic, hits, source) for divisional performance tracking.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of related experience or equivalent training, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convert internet leads into office appointments for onsite Sales Representatives. They will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with a customer management database, and capable of producing monthly sales and marketing reports including Intertrack and website traffic analyses.
