This role converts online/internet leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives. You manage lead intake across website, outsourced sources, and live chat/phone, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM-style data while producing monthly reporting.

They also have strong reporting and tracking experience using tools such as Intertrack, customer management databases, and MS Office.
