About this role
D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into qualified onsite appointments with sales representatives. The role manages incoming leads from the website and other sources, qualifies prospects, maintains customer records, and produces monthly sales/marketing and website traffic reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports using Intertrack and related analyses
- Analyze divisional website traffic (hits and source) and prospect leads through telephone, email, and mail
Technical Overview
This role is centered on lead management and reporting systems, including entering/updating information in a customer management database and producing monthly reports using Intertrack. It also supports analytics of website traffic (hits and source) and uses DRH applications along with MS Office and email for operational workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience or training and strong interpersonal communication skills to convert internet leads into onsite appointments with D.R. Horton sales representatives. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing lead qualification and customer database updates. They can produce monthly sales and marketing reports using Intertrack and analyze website traffic (hits and source) to support lead generation efforts.
