Convert internet leads into qualified appointments with onsite Sales Representatives while delivering a positive customer experience through online, live chat, and phone interactions. Maintain lead records in a customer management database and produce monthly sales and marketing reports tied to website traffic and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a positive experience via online, live chat, and phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database and qualify leads
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack and website traffic analysis)
Technical Overview
Works with lead intake channels (company website and outsourced companies) and tracks performance using Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis, plus analysis of divisional website traffic (hits, source). Updates a customer management database and uses MS Office and email.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level sales/lead conversion professional with 1-3 years of related experience who can manage incoming internet leads and convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives. They have strong interpersonal communication skills and are comfortable producing monthly Intertrack and sales/marketing performance reports while coordinating prospect follow-up via telephone, email, and mail.
