Convert D.R. Horton internet leads into qualified prospects and office appointments for on-site sales. The Online Sales Concierge manages leads across website, live chat, and phone, maintains customer records, and produces monthly sales and marketing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Qualify leads and convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports using Intertrack reporting categories
- Generate monthly analysis of divisional website traffic and maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
