About this role
On-site IT Technician supporting park operations, hardware, software, networks, POS, and guest experiences across Dezerland Park Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot cabling, PBX moves, and network cabling
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support POS configuration and automation
Technical Overview
Windows OS and Office; POS systems; cabling and racks; camera/DVR maintenance; on-site installation and configuration; asset management; routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT Technician with 2-4 years of IT experience, proficient in Windows and Office, POS systems, cable management, and hardware troubleshooting. They should be comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced entertainment environment and capable of handling POS configurations and equipment relocation.
