About this role
Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking an On-site IT Technician to upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems across park operations, including POS terminals and guest-facing tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line hardware/software/network support
- Troubleshoot POS and network issues
- Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage cable and rack layouts
- Support office operations and guest experiences
Technical Overview
Role covers Windows and MacOS environments, POS configurations, cable management, and basic networking. A focus on reliable operation of resort-wide attractions and ticketing systems with physical lifting up to 40 pounds.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT technician with 2-4 years’ IT experience, strong Windows and POS troubleshooting capabilities, and solid cable/rack management skills. They should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced entertainment venue and able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
