About this role
Administrative and operational support role assisting the Pastor and organizational leadership across two interconnected entities. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, and maintaining communications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar across church and Church United responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and scheduling priorities
- Prepare agendas, documents, and briefing materials
- Track key initiatives and ensure follow-up
- Manage communications and correspondence
Technical Overview
Operational focus with use of Google Workspace and project management tools to organize schedules, documents, and partner communications; emphasis on relational/relational intelligence and event coordination.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented executive assistant with proven operations coordination experience in a nonprofit or church setting, capable of managing calendars, coordinating cross-organization initiatives, and communicating effectively with donors, partners, and team members.
