Operations Center Specialist supporting NASC Network Operations Control in Tempe, AZ. Responsible for managing shipment workflows, maintaining proactive communication with Sort Center Operations, and driving risk management strategies to meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage NASC shipment workflows using automated tools and platforms
Maintain proactive communication with Sort Center leaders
Construct post-mortem reports on shift successes or failures
Advise operations leaders and provide guidance to ensure partnerships
Drive risk management strategies to meet SLAs

Technical Overview

Moderate IT/Office automation focus with emphasis on MS Office tools; process and workflow management in a logistics network; data-driven reporting and post-mortem analysis.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operations professional with at least 2 years of Microsoft Office experience, capable of managing shipment workflows in a 24x7 middle-mile setting. They must be onsite in Tempe and willing to work weekends/nights.
