The Operations Data Analyst will research and analyze operational data trends to support data-driven decisions and produce a variety of real-time and historical reports. The role provides insights to business partners and contributes to forecasting and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

Supports the development and maintenance of analytical models and tools to identify trends and insights
Produces real-time and historical reports including SLAs and KPI metrics
Translates data into clear insights for business partners and leaders
Supports forecasting activities using historical data and seasonality
Collaborates with internal partners to clarify reporting needs
