About this role
The Operations Director is responsible for running the day-to-day business and building an operating system that enables Altair to scale. The role designs and enforces operational processes, drives adoption through rollout and training, and measures performance through defined metrics in a structured weekly and monthly cadence.

Technical Overview
This is primarily an operations/process leadership role rather than a software/technical implementation role. The technical focus is on structuring workflows across the full lifecycle from commercial handoff through project execution and financial completion.
